Membership Terms & Conditions
These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and the mayaNess Society for Cognitive Command, Synchronicity and Sovereignty. By applying for or accepting membership, you agree to be bound by all provisions herein.
Read this document in its entirety before proceeding. Membership is a privilege, not a right. The Society reserves absolute discretion over all membership decisions.

The Society
"The Society" refers to the mayaNess Society for Cognitive Command, Synchronicity and Sovereignty, its founders, directors, officers, agents, and authorized representatives. The Society operates as a private membership organization and is not a public institution, government body, or regulated financial entity.
Member
"Member" refers to any individual, corporate entity, institution, or sovereign entity that has been accepted into the Society following execution of these Terms and receipt of confirmed payment. Membership status is personal and non-transferable unless explicitly authorized in writing by the Society.
Membership Tier
"Membership Tier" refers to the specific level of membership (Personal, Professional, Executive, Corporate, Institutional, or Sovereign) for which the Member has applied and been accepted. Each tier carries distinct rights, obligations, and access privileges as defined in the current Membership Benefits Schedule, which the Society may update at its sole discretion with thirty (30) days written notice.
Cognitive Quantum Intelligence Framework
"CQI Framework" refers to the proprietary intellectual framework, methodologies, tools, data, analyses, and operational protocols developed by and belonging exclusively to the Society. All CQI Framework materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of the Society at all times.
Confidential Information
"Confidential Information" means all non-public information disclosed to Members in connection with their membership, including but not limited to: intelligence briefings, strategic analyses, member directories, internal communications, proprietary methodologies, pricing structures, operational protocols, and any information designated as confidential by the Society. The obligation of confidentiality survives termination of membership indefinitely.
Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By proceeding with your membership application and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by all provisions herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not proceed with your application.
